Sand blast hose
Standards: abrasion loss of the tube according to ISO 4649: 40+/-5mm3. Exceeds the ISO 3861:2008.
Application: particularly abrasion resistant softwall hose, used for the delivery of higly abrasive media such as quarz sand, cast steel shot, corundum, glass. It is manufactured with antistatic rubber compound that prevents the risks of static electricity.
Temperature: from -40°C (-40°F) to +80°C (+176°F).
Construction
Tube: black, smooth, antistatic SBR/NR rubber, with special abrasion resistance that ensures a long service life.
Reinforcement: high strength synthetic cord.
Cover: black, smooth, (wrapped finish) antistatic synthetic rubber, abrasion resistant.
